“A few weeks ago I had a situation with my neck and lower back and needed to find a chiropractor in London. I decided I wanted a nice person with a friendly clinic. ;) I thought perhaps I'd find nice people in Kew so I googled 'Kew Chiropractor'. I found the clinic of Dr. Paul Danford and just by looking at the photos on the site I could see friendly, caring people, so I came.
“I have to say that I was not disappointed. All the staff have been very gracious and it is a pleasure to be serviced by them.
“As I was coming to deal with a recurring complain! I decided that I would go along with the idea of having a few visits - twice a week for a few weeks - to see if that could change things. Dr. Danford was not only very professional in his physical approach - for example monitoring the mobility of my spi4al discs each time I visited - but he was also very spot on with the explanations he gave along the way. They made sense to me. He advised heat rather than an ice-pack for my after adjustment care. This was correct for me. He advised a feather pillow and explained why a chiropractic pillow was not the best idea for my neck he was correct and I was using one!)
“One thing that I really had a win on was that at the start my back felt "confused" to be adjusted into a new alignment With time and the repetition of adjustments my lower spine particularly started to feel strong in the new alignment I also noticed that my general feeling of well-being increased. I feel more well.I have now started on exercises, to create better support for my spine, and fewer visits. I thought I'd make a note of the changes I had noticed, before it just becomes the new normal.
