Your Treatment
You should attend the clinic at the time of your appointment however, if you are going to be late, a telephone call would be appreciated and this is generally not a problem. You will be greeted by the receptionist and then shown through to change and then into a treatment room. The Chiropractor will see you, ask how you've been, examine you to determine whether your condition has changed and then treat you accordingly.
A treatment visit will take between 30 - 45 minutes depending on what treatment is required. Once treatment is completed, your Chiropractor will show you back to your changing cubicle where you get dressed and the make your way back to the reception in order to make a subsequent appointment (if required) and pay.
Policy of the Clinic
The policy of the clinic is that treatment (self pay or Private Medical Insurance) is paid for at the time of the service however, in certain cases accounts can be set up.
If, for whatever reason you are unable to attend for treatment, we do request 24 hours notice, this is charged at discretion of the clinic director, if however, a subsequent appointment is made on the same day or within a day or two, there will be no charge.
